Your belongings, photos, and personal data deserve the highest level of protection. RKIVED is built with security as a foundational principle — not an afterthought. Every photo you upload, every box you create, and every note you write is protected by industry-standard encryption and access controls.
All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Your photos and box records are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls. Only you can access your data — RKIVED staff cannot view your box contents or photos without your explicit permission.
RKIVED supports passwordless OTP login and OAuth providers (Google, Apple, Microsoft, Facebook). We never store your password. Authentication tokens are securely managed and never exposed to third parties.
Your data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with redundant backups. Photos and box records are associated with your account and isolated from other users. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
AI-powered photo analysis is opt-in and processed transiently. Your photos are analyzed to detect box contents, but the analysis is not stored or used for training. You can disable AI analysis at any time from Settings.
