RKIVED QR labels are provided for personal organizational use. You may print and affix labels to your personal property. You may not resell RKIVED labels, use them for commercial inventory management without authorization, or misrepresent third-party QR codes as RKIVED labels.
You retain ownership of photos, box data, and any content you upload to RKIVED. By uploading content, you grant RKIVED a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for providing the service to you.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
RKIVED is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RKIVED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of property, or emotional distress related to lost or damaged belongings during a move.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
