QR labels connect physical boxes to digital records. Scan any box to see what is inside without opening it.
QR labels are scannable codes you attach to moving and storage boxes. When scanned with a phone camera, they open a digital record showing the box contents, photos, room assignment, and status. QR labels bridge the gap between physical storage and digital organization.
Every box in RKIVED can generate a printable QR label. The QR code links to a public box detail page that shows the box number, name, room, and detected contents. You can print labels on standard label paper or thermal printers — no special equipment required.
RKIVED supports multiple label sizes. You can print single labels or bulk-print QR codes for all your boxes at once. Labels use the friendly naming convention "RKIVED_Box_000_Name" so you can identify boxes even without scanning.
To scan a QR label, simply point your phone camera at the code. The box detail page opens instantly, showing photos, detected contents, and handling instructions. No app required to view — the QR code opens a public web page.
